Agreement to Terms of Use for Vetrro Nigeria
Welcome to Vetrro Nigeria (referred to as “the Platform”, “Vetrro”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website (vetrro.com), interacting with our automated tools, placing a custom order via our website, or utilizing our direct WhatsApp Sourcing Desk, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This document governs all use of our cross-border logistics pipelines, custom product scouting, and digital services across Nigeria. Please read these terms carefully before initiating any request. If you do not fully agree to these guidelines, you must immediately cease using our platform.
Vetrro acts strictly as a custom procurement, sourcing, and cross-border logistics concierge service for creative professionals, digital artists, tech enthusiasts, and studios. We are not a traditional brick-and-mortar storefront or an authorized retail distributor for the equipment listed on our site. Instead, we act as a secure intermediary agent to locate, purchase, consolidate, clear, and deliver premium international tech hardware directly to buyers in Nigeria.
Sourcing Categories, Item Conditions, and Global Quality Standards
While professional cameras remain our top priority, our sourcing and procurement capabilities extend comprehensively to Gaming Laptops, Graphics Tablets, Studio Audio Gadgets, Mirrorless Lenses, Drones, and specialized production rigging. Vetrro specializes in navigating global online marketplaces (such as eBay, Amazon, and B&H Photo Video), international pawn shops, and verified overseas flea markets to locate top-tier deals.
Condition Grades: We strictly hunt for “mint condition,” open-box, or pristine second-hand equipment. The buyer acknowledges that pre-owned gear may carry minor cosmetic wear inherent to used items, which does not impact functionality.
Rigorous Verification: To protect local creators from receiving malfunctioning hardware, every item passes through a multi-point inspection at our international hubs and our experts here in Nigeria to verify sensor health, lens elements, battery degradation, thermal output, and screen color accuracy before it is delivered to you.
Manufacturer Warranties: Because items are secured via secondary markets globally, international manufacturer warranties may not be valid locally within Nigeria unless explicitly outlined in your product quote.
Landed Cost Quotes, Payment Milestones, and Tax Compliance
When a client requests a specific tool through our catalog or custom order forms, Vetrro provides an all-inclusive “Landed Cost” quote broken down transparently. Due to volatile foreign exchange fluctuations, shifting international freight variables, and rapid marketplace price updates, all quotes issued by Vetrro are strictly valid for a maximum of 48 hours from the time of delivery.
The Procurement Payment System: To protect our operational flow, the cost of the item(s) procured and the international and local shipping cost with custom clearance fee and service charge (VAT included) will be quoted to you and we are only obliged to start the procurement process when this fee has been confirmed paid. If this quoted fee is not paid in 48 hours after the initial quotation, we will automatically void the request and the customer will be required to reach out to us or request for a new quotation before proceeding to make a deposit.
Tax Efficiency and VAT: In compliance with local regulatory structures, Vetrro does not tax VAT on the total retail cost of high-end camera bodies, cinema rigs, or editing laptops. Because we operate as a service-based concierge, VAT is strictly and exclusively applied to Vetrro’s service commission fee, passing enormous financial savings directly to the local buyer.
Shipping Consolidation, Customs Clearance, and Liability Limitations
To offer the most affordable cross-border rates in Nigeria, Vetrro utilizes an optimized consolidated air freight cargo system. Estimated transit windows (typically 7 to 14 business days from our international sorting hubs) are approximations. Vetrro is not legally liable for customs clearing bottlenecks, airline delays, or global logistics disruptions outside our direct control. Our third-party customs clearing agents handle all port documentation seamlessly; the buyer is entirely insulated from customs hassles or unquoted import duties.
Vetrro shall not be held liable for any indirect commercial loss, studio downtime, creative project delays, or unexpected software bugs resulting from the performance of hardware sourced through our platform. All disputes, return processing requests for items arriving non-functional, or marketplace protection claims are governed under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and subject to the direct return windows of the primary global sourcing platforms. Vetrro reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any moment to reflect changing international trade laws or local market conditions.
